In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Department of English Language and Literature at Government College University, we are delighted to announce the inaugural English Literary Festival, organized by the Safdar Mir English Literary Circle at GC University. The event, which will take place from the 12th to the 14th of October, will feature a number of activities and contests related to ‘English Literature in Pakistan’, particularly the the impact of the study of English Literature in Pakistan, and the completion of 150 years of English at GCU.
