The trail passes from the dense forest of Margalla Hills. This Saturday we are going to run on the E-7 Trails of Margalla Hills. The Trail will be completely shaded and covered. The kids can also join us too. We will start running from Trail 4 parking and there will be easy flat trails. We are glad to share that MTR is introducing beginner-level trail group runs. Previously MTR was organizing only one trail group run on Sundays. But now we have added another group trail run on Saturday mornings as well. Which will be designed to cater to beginners who want to start trail running and explore Margalla hills in short sessions using easier routes. MTR welcomes people of all gender and age groups to our beginner group trail runs. MTR is also a strong supporter of promoting female running in Pakistan be it on trails or roads. So if you are a girl boy or senior citizen who wants to run on hills and learn about trail running then do join! We have a friendly group of trail runners who meet up every week.
